Marco S. RodrÃguez (born July 10, 1953) is an American character actor. Often typecast as villains and authority figures, to date he has over 130 credits in film, television and videogames to his name. Some of his notable films include Cobra (1986), The Rookie (1990), The Crow (1994) and A Man Apart (2003).
